    • Cancellation

      Cube bookings are subject to cancellation only if requested at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled booking time. Refunds, if applicable, will be automatically processed for users who have completed payment under the Pay-As-You-Go method.

      For subscription pass users, the initially booked hours will be deducted from their balance, and no refunds or reinstatements of hours will be issued upon cancellation.

      You may cancel a subscription at any point, with cancellation taking effect at the commencement of the next billing period. Until the effective date of termination, you will continue to have access to any unused service hours under the existing subscription.

    • Reschedule

      Bookings will be allowed to reschedule only 24 hours prior to the scheduled booking time. Such rescheduling shall not be subject to additional charges under the Pay-As-You-Go method.

      For subscription pass users, the initially booked hours will be deducted from their balance, and no refunds or reinstatements of hours will be issued upon rescheduling.

    • Guest Booking Limitations

      To cancel or reschedule your booked slots as a guest, you need to sign up and manage your bookings. Booking management privileges are granted exclusively to registered users.
    • No-Show Policy

      No Refund: Failure to attend the reserved time slot without timely rescheduling will result in the loss of any refund eligibility.
    • Partial Use of Booking

      No Refund for Partial Use: Vacating the cube before the scheduled end time does not qualify for a refund or reimbursement of the unused duration.
    • Overtime Stay

      Additional Charges: Remaining in the cube beyond five minutes of your allotted time will result in an automatic charge to your registered payment method for the next time slot.
    • Technical Issues

      Support for Technical Problems: If you experience technical issues with our booking platform or services, you are required to promptly notify our support team for assistance.
    • Refund Processing Time

      Refund Timeline: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the cancellation confirmation.
    • Policy Changes

      Updates: We may update our cancellation policy from time to time. Changes will be communicated via email or through our website.

      Focus Cube reserves the right to cancel bookings impacted by technical failures. The management will provide prior notice whenever feasible, and full refunds will be issued promptly for affected reservations.

    Users must sign up or sign in to modify their bookings and manage them seamlessly.

    Service and Cancellation Guidelines

    • Billing

      The services will be charged as per the prices shown on our website
      During the final payment, taxes will be added by our third-party financial service, Stripe, based on local regulations by the government.
      1. Pay As You Go

        Overview: The Pay-As-You-Go plan entitles users to access cubes across all locations, subject to availability. Charges shall be determined based on usage duration and applicable rates.
      2. Subscription-Based Passes

        1. VIP Pass

          Overview: The VIP Pass entitles users to access cubes across all locations, subject to availability with the maximum of 60 hours per month.
          • When upgrading from a VIP Monthly Subscription to a VIP Annual Plan or a Platinum Pass, the new plan will take effect immediately upon purchase. Any unused hours from the current monthly subscription will be refunded by applying a prorated credit toward the next plan billing amount.
        2. Platinum Pass

          Overview: The Platinum Pass entitles users to access cubes across all locations, subject to availability, without any restriction on daily usage.
          • Platinum pass will be activated immediately upon purchase. Any unused hours from the previous subscription pass will be refunded by applying a prorated credit towards the next plan’s billing amount.
    • Access Limitations of a Pass:

      • A pass is valid for a single registered subscriber and permits the booking of one pod at a time. It is strictly non-transferable and may not be shared, assigned, or used by any other individual.
      • Unauthorized use, including allowing another person to access or utilize the pass, is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension or termination of access.
